Happy Birthday Confucius!

Day 23. Not a good start, but hey, I'll get there. Go Skins! 10,197 days to go. Pheww, today was the hardest one yet, but the streak continues.

This day in history:

48BC: Pompey the Great is assassinated on orders of King Ptolemy of Egypt after landing in Egypt.
1941: Ted Williams finishes the regular season with a batting average of .406. The last major league player to have a batting average of .400 or better.

I woke up incredibly parched, possibly in need of an IV. Around 11:30 I hit the floor for 40 push ups. At 12:30 I took off out the door into Bethesda. About half way through today's jog I began to get a little light headed. Hey, I'm not perfect. I was thirsty last night. At the time, I was having fun with my friends. Just hanging out! Laughing out loud...

Anyways, it's days like these that make me thankful for the streak. Without it, I would not of exercised at all. I feel 10 times better after sweating it out. When I got home I did 25 more push ups.

I saw 6 dogs today.
