At 12:30 I took off out the door into Bethesda. About half way through today's jog I began to get a little light headed. Hey, I'm not perfect. I was thirsty last night. At the time, I was having fun with my friends. Just hanging out! Laughing out loud...
Anyways, it's days like these that make me thankful for the streak. Without it, I would not of exercised at all. I feel 10 times better after sweating it out. When I got home I did 25 more push ups.
I saw 6 dogs today.
