Kevin: Day 28/10220

Happy Birthday Shannyn Marie Kahololani Sossamon!

- Who is that??? Shame on you!  Shannyn is the princess babe that peasant Heath Ledger pursues under the guise of "Sir Ulrich Van Liechtenstein." in the classic, "A Knights Tale." AND, the temptress that Josh Hartnett tickles with a flower in, "40 Days and 40 Nights." Honestly, these were both solid movies.

She has a tattoo of a set of eyes with arched brows underneath the word "believe," on the small of her back.

Today in history:

1849: Edgar Allan Poe is found delirious in a gutter in Baltimore under mysterious circumstances; it is the last time he is seen in public before his death. Sometimes I wish I was a Baltimore Ravens fan so I could cheer for a team that was named after a poem written by this guy. He must've been the life of the party.

1964: First buffalo wings were made at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York. The buffalo wing hat pictured at the right is actually from the famous Anchor Bar. I am not sure when these were originally produced.

Day 28. My alarm went off at 4:45. I listened to a couple jams, none of which I can

remember, and got up. Established 50 push ups at the front door hit the street for a 2 to 2.5 miler run dressed in a Skins hoodie, white bandanna, and mesh shorts. My legs were a bit tight and my stomach felt bad. I had my first Big Mac last night, as well as a double cheesburger, a McChicken sandwich, and super sized fries. Woops...

I didn't look up until I was about 200 yards from home and boy was I glad I did. Tons of stars were out.

I saw one dog today.
