Happy Birthday Pat Bateman!

Pat is a Washington DC area native having attended Gonzaga College High school and James Madison University. He also just completed a graduate program in Florence, Italy.

Today in History:

1789: The first U.S. Congress adjourns

1966: The Chevrolet Camaro, originally named Panther, is introduced.


Day 24. I woke up around 6:30 and decided to continue my slumber till about 8. Upon awaking I completed 30 push ups. At work I established another 21. I plan on switching it up and going for an evening jog. How about the Skins? Awesome.

I rambled down Wisconsin Avenue to Glover Park around 4:15. I ran about 3 miles. My right ankle has begun to bother me. Not too significant yet though.
