Kevin: Day 26/10220

Happy Birthday Randy Quaid!

Quaid had a pivotal supporting role in the Academy Award-winning drama Brokeback Mountain (2005) in which he played a homophobic rancher whose two male employees are the movie's main characters.

Today in History:

1903: The Boston Americans play the Pittsburgh Pirates in the first game of the modern World Series.

1982: Sony launches the first commercial compact disc player

Day 26. Happy International Day of Older Persons!

4:45 am, "American Woman!!!" I spring from my bed. Haha, I seriously flew up. I set the alarm clock to 100.3. A blaring radio seems to do a little bit better job than my cell phone at waking me up. I turn on Spanky's light, but he is not moving... No worries, the little guy is just a bit tired an likely enjoying his fresh changed water. I toss on a burgundy skins hoodie, white bandanna, one long white sock, one long red sock, some blue Nike mesh shorts, and my Ipod. I am out the door by 4:50. The street is completely dead. I maybe pass 40 cars through the course of my jog, one fellow jogger, and a speed walker.

I elect to run in the street because it so dark on the sidewalk.

It's peaceful but a little bit eerie this morning with a misty fog. I establish 30 push ups when I get home and take a peek at the Spank-man. He is up and about. I hop in the car and head to work. After I am at the office for about an hour I realize, "Hey Kev, you still have 20 push ups to go..." The door to my office is subsequently shut as I establish 21 perfect push ups.

I saw no dogs today.
